Reserve Accommodations ASAP

Summer is a very busy time in Spokane, and most of the hotels and motels fill up early. So do not delay in arranging for accommodations right away. This page provides some possible locations to consider, though the list is by no means exhaustive. MerpCon is being held at the Apple Tree Inn in North Spokane, so that is the most convenient location. See the Accomodations page for updates to the list. It is strongly recommended you reserve your rooms as early as possible. This time of year it is not uncommon for ALL the hotels and motels to be booked if you wait until the last minute.

The event is being held this year in North Spokane at the Apple Tree Inn July 24th, 25th, 26th (and 27th).
The event "officially" begins Friday, July 24th and "officially" ends Sunday 5:00 pm.


We begin setting up Thursday (July 23rd 3:00 pm) and there is an additional "post convention" schedule running through Sunday night and all of Monday (July 27th). We tear down late Monday night, and must be completely moved out before the 11:00 am check out time on Tuesday morning (July 28th).

There are dozens of hotels/motels closer to downtown Spokane. The drive from downtown to MerpCon is only about 15-20 minutes. There are also regular buses on Division available.
