Schedule

Select from the radio button if you are attending all events in specific category. This will save you from having to put a checkmark in each event manually.

This is for all volunteers helping on the day before the actual convention beings. Only volunteers should be selecting from this section.
This is the schedule prior to the main convention schedule. Volunteers and special guests will mostly register for these timeslots, however, early participants are welcome to join in as well.
Here is the schedule of the actual convention. All are welcome to join in. You do not need to select any of these if you already selected the earlier "Attending Entire Event" or "Attending All Main Events".
This is the schedule planned for Day 2 of the convention. Note that the Breakfast/Social is not required. If you would like to attend the breakfast/social, you are welcome, but there may be some added costs for non-volunteers attending. Other than the breakfast, you do not need to select the other times if you already selected "Entire Event" or "All Main Events" earlier.
This is the schedule planned for Day 3 of the convention. Note that the Breakfast/Social is not required. If you would like to attend the breakfast/social, you are welcome, but there may be some added costs for non-volunteers attending. Other than the breakfast, you do not need to select the other times if you already selected "Entire Event" or "All Main Events" earlier.
This is the post-convention sign up. Everyone is welcome to attend, but the convention itself "officially" end prior to this around Sunday 5:00 pm so that participants can catch flights and drives home before their Monday work day. Anyone who is not a volunteer helper is asked to cover any additional costs incurred for the dinner (if applicable). Various events, drawings, movie-clips, etc. will be occurring, but the main purpose is just time to hang out and talk, especially with any special guests still in attendance.
This is the post-convention schedule. All the volunteers will be helping to tear down and clean up after the event. Breakfast, lunch and dinner is offered as a thank you to the volunteers.
Please feel free to provide any comments, questions, or issues related to the main schedule here.

(Required)
(Required)
(Required)
Feel free to specify in more detail or not listed, in the comments section.
Please select which game sessions you will be attending as a player participant. If "all" just accept the default of all 6. If otherwise, please select. If needing to select more than one session, please use the CTRL key while clicking with your mouse button.
Provide as much additional information as you like to flesh out your character.

Game Master Questionaire
This is the form to fill out if you are participating as a Game Master.
Please select what type of Game Master you will be: "Game Master", means that you will be running a table as the head GM; "Assistant Game Master", means you will be helping a "Main GM". Use CTRL-Mouse-Click to select both if you will be a GM sometimes, and an Assistant GM other times.
Specify which game system(s) you will be GMing at this event. If you are hosting more than one game (system) and/or you are using a hybrid of multiple game systems, please select more than one listing using CTRL-click and then provide the details in the Comments section. If you do not see your preferred Tolkien gaming system, please make a note in the comments section and we'll quickly add it to the list.
Please provide the campaign name you have given to this adventure.
How "high level" in challenge is this campaign? Using old fashioned level-based systems semantics (such as Rolemaster or D&D): Beginner (1st level), Novice (2-4th level), Intermediate (5-9 level), Experienced (10-15 level), Advanced (15-20 level), God-like (21+ level). Even if you're using a non-level-based system, please try to estimate along these lines. This is the average PER-CHARACTER level, not the total accumulated levels of the entire party. If it is somewhere in between, feel free to select more than one entry with CTRL-click.
Please specify the smallest number of players that would work with this campaign or that you are willing to GM. (no less than 2 and no more than 10).
Please specify the maximum number of players you are will to GM. This can not be greater than 10.
Please provide your estimated rating of the campaign. This means something along the lines of the movie and video game industries ratings for violence, adult subjects, etc. Feel free to use the ESRB (Entertainment Software Rating Board) guide here: http://www.esrb.org/ratings/ratings_guide.jsp If it does not quite fit into one rating, feel free to select more than one item by using CTRL-click. This does not necessarily mean you will have any minors at your table, it just gives a general sense about the "graphicness" of the campaign, this is of concern even to some adults considering attending.
Please indicate what player age ranges you are comfortable having at your table. Select multiple ranges by using the CTRL key plus your mouse button (CTRL-click).
In what part of Tolkien's Universe containing Middle-earth and beyond, does this campaign begin at? Please be specific.
Please specify which races/cultures are allowed to be used as player characters. A default selection has been made for you, feel free to un-select one by using CTRL-click, or un-select all by clicking on any one listing. To select more than one, use the CTRL-click combination of CTRL key with mouse. Please indicate in comments if any additional races/cultures should be allowed/listed that are not listed here.
Please select the professions for player characters allowed in this campaign. If excluded it will be assumed that this profession/class is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN. If you have any that you not prefer, but will not forbid, then go ahead and select it here, you can specify the terms/conditions of allowing the profession of concern in the comments form. Please also specify any quantity restrictions. For example, no more than 1 range, or not more than 2 scouts, etc.
Please provide a brief summary of the campaign. This will be extracted to be used in various press releases. Maximum 2,500 characters.
