Volunteers

MerpCon is always in need of volunteers, whether for running games, helping participants, helping setup and tear down, helping make character sheets, there's always plenty that can be done to help support MerpCon.

We're always in need of volunteers.

This is a 100% volunteer-run event.

If you think you could help out, please email webmaster at merpcon dot org and let us know when you could help, and what you would like to help with. You're welcome to volunteer AND participate in the event, so you don't have to worry about missing out on the fun if you help out as a volunteer.

Below is a list of just some of the many areas we need help on:

Game Masters

Rules Masters (helps the players with rules to keep the game flowing smoothly without having to rely on the Game Master to look everything up

Character Sheet creators

Convention facilities setup crew

Convention facilities tear-down crew

Convention facilities clean up crew

Participant orienation and registration (hands out packets, signs in participants, answers general questions, etc.)

Publicity volunteers - help spread the word about MerpCon

Website administration - help keep the MerpCon website up to date

The above list is not exhaustive, but gives an idea of the many areas that you can help out.
